The King VTM Code on Corporate Governance for South Africa 2025 was released by the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA) on 31 October. It simplifies King IV and includes updates for sustainability reporting, technology governance and legislative changes, as well as increased focus on integrated thinking and ethical leadership.
